Local examples of management practicesarerarely found in the management textbooks adopted by universitiesinHong Kong. To enhance students’ motivation in learning theirfirstcourse in management, organisational behaviour, or humanresourcemanagement, this App provides ample and concise descriptionofmanagement practices in various organisations in Hong Kong.Thisinnovative project was led by Dr. Andy Kwan at the DepartmentofManagement at City University of Hong Kong with the support ofateaching development grant. Dr. Kwan would like toacknowledgemembers of his project teams—Chan kin nok, Ng chi wing,Noel Wong,Teddy Yeung as well as his departmental colleague Mr.Tony Ho andcolleagues at the Office of CIO for their assistance invariousstages of the project.
